Confirmed sighting today: Maddie’s lower right central tooth has broken the surface of her gum!
Almost impossible to get a look in there ourselves, so a picture is not a real option at this point, but thought I should get it down for the record.
On the less wonderful side, an ear doctor today said she has “low pressure” in her ears meaning her hearing is very slightly diminished. No cause for concern: in most cases (this is common in premies) the thing corrects itself over time, otherwise there are apparently things that can be done to take care of it.
Also, Molli Malou was so angry at the dinner we served her last night, and our sending her to her room when she threw a fit about it, that she scrawled furious scribbles on her beautiful parquet floor with permanent marker.
Any suggestions for how to get THAT out?
My paternity leave is now finally over and I go back to work on Monday.
Oh well.
