Trine went up to do some work for Gert this morning, so I was left alone with Molli for about four hours. That included a meal period. Farmor and farfar were there by then to provide moral support, but although Molli didn’t eat much the meal went pretty smoothly. She ate 20ml from the bottle and then fell asleep.
We didn’t actually do much with the day. As evening fell we set out for a walk to Vibeke & Jørgen’s for dinner. We strolled along the “Frederiksberg Green Path,” a well-gardened walkway through the heart of Frederiksberg. We crossed through the garden of the agricultural school on the way. This is a beautifully landscaped garden featuring flora from all over the world—labelled for our edification. Instead of saying, “Look at those pretty flowers,” for example, we could say, “Look at those pretty hydrangea peroxicoccus.” (Or whatever.)
Here’s just one of many uninhabited shots of the garden:
And here’s the best of the mostly terrible shots I took of us in the garden:
Vibeke & Jørgen prepared a dejlig, hyggelige meal for us, and Molli once again enjoyed the attention of grandmothers in stereo.
I don’t actually have any good shots of Molli from today, so here’s one of the good close-ups from Tivoli:
Lastly, I just took a bath with Molli, and she seemed to love it almost as much as I did. There are obviously no pictures of that.
