Maddie Marie Kammer Nagan is now an American citizen!
We received her Consular Report of a Birth Abroad certificate and her U.S. passport in the mail today. (Technically yesterday, but it had to be picked up at the post office.)
The new little American has slept most of the last 24 hours since receiving her three-month vaccination yesterday. She’s actually been awake a few hours today, and all smiles… obviously proud of her new citizenship status.
So we are now a proud family of one American with Danish residency, a Dane with an American Green Card, and two little dual-citizenship girls.
(I would have scanned the exciting new documents, but our scanner doesn’t work with our new Vista OS laptops.)
What an eclectic group. Congratulations to all.
